The property is a perfect getaway for a large group along with their pets for some fresh air and serene time in the nature as the property is a short walk away from the valley and the forest land.

The villa has a ground and first floor with a lawn area and a private pool

Bedrooms: (5 bedroom on the ground floor & 2 on the first floor)

The villa has 7 air conditioned bedrooms with 6 of them having an attached bathroom.
One of the rooms on the top floor does not have a bathroom
Each room has a king size bed and can accommodate upto 3 people in each room with an extra bed (extra mattresses would be provided on request)
Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms
Wardrobes are available in all the rooms

Living: Room:

The spacious living area is located on the ground floor with a flat screen color TV and has sitting arrangements for 15-18 people.
Wi-Fi is accessible for free of cost
The dining area seats 6 people

Bathrooms:

The villa has 6 private bathrooms only
All the bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen & Meals:

The following equipment’s are available in the kitchen: Refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery and a water purifier

Meal options:

Option 1: Rs.5000/- for Kitchen and Chef (Raw Materials as per actuals)

Option 2: Rs. 1300/- for Breakfast, Lunch, High tea & Dinner (No starters)

Rs. 1500/- for Breakfast, Lunch, High tea & Dinner (Starters included)

Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost with advance notice

Lawn:

The villa has a spacious private lawns with outdoor furniture and a swing set and can accommodate upto 20-25 people.

It is ideal for events and large gatherings.

Pool:

The villa has a huge private pool which can easily accommodate upto 15 people
Pool size: 28ft x 15ft with a depth of 4.5ft

Entertainment:

Sports equipment’s such as Kickboxing, weights, and Table Tennis racquet. You will also find chess, carom and tabola if in a mood to play some board game

They also have provisions for children’s toys and book at the villa

Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost with advance notice

House Rules:

Loud music is prohibited post 10:00 pm
Smoking inside the rooms is not allowed
Pool timings have to be strictly followed (upto 08:00 pm)

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire villa. From the living room to the outdoor lawn, guests can feel at home at this property. This villa offers a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. Private rooms with complete privacy are guaranteed to ensure that the guests have a memorable stay.

The villa is located in a gated community
It can accommodate up to 30 guests only
Events can be held at the villa with a prior permission where around 50 people can be accommodated.
Caretaker will be staying outside the villa premises and providing you with complete privacy
Parking space available for upto 4 cars
There is medical kit, including mosquito repellent, available at the villa
A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This amount is refundable if the total number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to
