About the Property:

A plush luxury villa on a private island with a heated infinity pool only accessible by boat. Perfect getaway on a secluded island with staff of 6 people for cooking, cleaning and security. The villa has 3 large room suitable for 6 to 9 persons (with extra beds). Breakfast is included in the rates. Incase you want your other meals to be included, they would be glad to offer you a meal package.

One has to reach the property by Boat. They have a car park at a designated place which is safe and secure. Their boats will take you inside. The boat charges are included in your villa price.

As you get off the boat, the only means of access to the 6500 Sq foot villa, you are greeted with natural stone cladded approach steps leading up to the ‘Villa’ with greenery and pockets of gardens lining the pathway.

Designed as an open concept villa, on an Island with abundant Lake views and complete privacy having a Luxe Living area, 3 bedrooms with extra beds, Dining, a wet kitchen and a dry kitchen with an island bar counter, lounge areas, a large terrace and an Infinity heated pool.

The Space:

The island has lovely fauna and birds around, guest wanting to trek are most welcome to walk around the 50 Acre island. On the edge from where the boats for the Villa is available, there is a famous Shiv Temple.

Guest access:

The whole area of 10 acres of the Villa and the house can be accessed by the guests.

Interaction with guests:

They have a cook, 2 housekeeping staff and a security gaurd available at the Villa. In case, guest get their own help staff/driver, accommodation for them would be provided in the staff quarters or at the dam, no charges would be taken for the same. Boats for pick and drop would be available within 20 mins after placing the call. This is a complimentary service.

The Villa:

As you get off the boat, which is the only means of access to the villa, you are greeted with natural stone cladded approach steps leading up to the villa with greenery and pockets of gardens lining the pathway and custom made lights and locally curated artefacts creating points of interest as you make your way to the entrance.

As you enter the lobby, a larger than life sculpture stands in the centre depicting a man slowly losing himself into the wilderness. The Living area offers an unrestricted view of the lake and the beautiful horizon through the ceiling high glass windows.

A fully stocked library with a reading corner adjacent to the living area. A fireplace in the centre of the room keeps the place warm from the chilly winds of the lake in the winters. The Dining area overlooking the infinity pool seats 8 people and is visually connected to the Living area, entrance lobby, central staircase and the kiddie pool.

The Tastefully crafted interiors lend a down-to-earth vibe to the whole place, creating a bohemian ambiance balanced with a contemporary touch of elegance. Contemporary lighting creates pockets of excitement and brings an extensive calm to the entire place.

Kitchen:

The Dry Kitchen equipped with high-end appliances including a built-in refrigerator, induction hobs, microwave, coffee machine and an island counter doubling up as a bar, also gives access to the poolside creating a perfect place to enjoy the afternoon and the late evenings with friends and family. The Wet Kitchen includes a utility space with a washer/dryer and dish washing machine and a separate service entry.

Their on-site Chef will serve you with amazing meals to suit your palate.

Bedrooms:

The ground floor bedroom with a double bed, a lounge chair and a study table has a part of the hill becoming a part of the bathroom next to the freestanding bathtub. The majestic headboard and the open style wardrobe fabricated in steel add the rustic industrial feel to the room.

The First floor has two rooms on either side of a central staircase and both the rooms open out into a large terrace with an outdoor dining, lounge seating and a feet deep water body to splash around in.

The bedrooms, apart from having double beds, lounge seating and study tables, also have ceiling high windows with beautiful views of the horizon.

Bathrooms:

The bathrooms have visual connection to the bedrooms and a window looking onto the hill from the built in bathtub in one room and an outdoor bathtub in the other room overlooking the pool and the lake. A separate shower area in both completes the bathrooms.

Others:

The outdoor areas are as interesting as the indoor ones with the poolside Cabana that doubles up as a massage area, as well as sun-beds and day beds to lounge around in. A large steel pergola envelops the swimming pool and has a waterfall running into the pool from it.
