The house is spacious, the furniture is upholstered brightly and the clean, modern aesthetic is pleasing to the eyes. You may find yourself looking out for the most part, though, as the French windows offer spectacular views of the Nilgiri mountains.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor, and 2 are on the first floor.
All rooms have attached bathrooms.
All bedrooms have king-sized beds.
Both bedrooms on the first floor have attached balconies.

BATHROOMS:

The villa has 4 private bathrooms and 1 powder bathroom.
All bathrooms have geysers.
Towels and basic toiletries are provided.

COMMON AREAS:

The ground floor has a dining area, a bar and 2 kitchens.
The first floor has a lounge area, a children’s play area and a library.
The living room is spacious and accommodates 12 people comfortably.
The living room has a wired music system and a TV.
The dining table can seat 6 people.
The lawn is huge – approximately 5000 sq. ft.
Outdoor seating can accommodate approximately 12 people.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and water filter.
Crockery is available for 12 people.
Cooking is strictly not allowed.

FOOD:

Breakfast is complimentary. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options can be prepared based on your preference.
Lunch and dinner can be arrange from nearby restaurants
Please inform them about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION:

They are unable to offer accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES:

Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as chess and carrom, barbecues and bonfire.

Ooty is full of beauty and adventure, and there will be no dearth of entertainment options around.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

Other things to note:

While they do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

The villa is a part of a gated community and there are CCTVs in the outside area.
Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 10AM.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
During power cuts geysers and heaters will be functioning on generator due to which, guests are requested not to use geysers and heaters at the same time.
WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
All mobile networks work fairly well.
