About the Property:

This quaint luxury four-bedroom villa is a mere half hour away from the heart of Ernakulam City & Fort Kochi at the Panangad Island. You can access this by road.

All bedrooms have a large glass wall/door that looks out onto the backwaters in front of the property. If the view outdoors isn’t enough, two of the four ensuite rooms here have attached plunge pools – live luxury!

The common infinity pool also looks over the backwaters and the Villa is now renowned as much for its spectacular vistas as it is for its fascinating architecture.

Expect to wake up to the sound water gently lapping on the banks while kites hover overhead waiting for their morning catch.

Authentic Kerala cuisine served with a view of the Chinese fishing nets ahead make your stay all the more memorable. Expect a fascinating array of fresh seafood cooked in mouth-watering Kerala spices.

Head out with their kayaks or little row boat to experience the magic of the backwaters first hand with schools of flying fish and Brahmini kites overhead keeping you company Or make your way to Fort Kochi which is just 15 kms away.

Don’t miss local fisherfolk on their way to work on little ‘vallams’ or with pots on their heads as they wade in shallow water for mussels.

A backwater shrimp farm on the banks opposite attracts more feathered friends than you’d care to name.
