At just about 45kms from Nainital and 12 kms from Mukteshwar, far away from the maddening crowd of a popular hill station and tucked away somewhere in a quaint little village called Satoli is a gorgeous Farmstay, with 03 exclusive wooden cottages – 4 BHK, 2 BHK and Single Cabin.

As you walk towards the house through a blissful setting consisting of peach, plum and apricot orchards, it almost feels as if you are leaving behind what is real and stepping into a Claude Monet painting: Colourful Scenery, clear blue skies, cotton clouds and virgin mountains for as far as the eye can see.

Walk a little further and a striking wooden cottage rises against a backdrop of majestic snow-covered peaks of the Himalayas while another one is hidden amidst trees, colourful flora and vegetable plantations.

As you look around and you will spot a Yoga Deck tucked away in a quaint corner facing the majestic peaks of the himalayas.

The Space:

Located at 6,500 ft and clad in locally sourced wood the property has been designed by Matra Architects. It comprises of a 01 Bedroom Log Cabin, a 02 bedroom unit with a glass front and a 04 Bedroom cottage that is an architectural marvel in itself.

4 BHK Cottage:

The unique layered design of the 4 BHK House blends in perfectly to match the existing terraced terrain and the peaked all-glass-roofline mimics the mountains beyond while allowing daylight to flood the interior arranged over stepped-levels.

As you enter the house, you will find a large living hall spread across different levels comprising a kitchen at the top, a dining area one level below, and a lounge on the lowest step.

The 04 bedrooms of this boutique vacation home are laid out below the peaked glass-roofline on 02 floors. The 02 bedrooms on the ground floor (Nanda Devi and Trishul) open up to the garden while the other 2 bedrooms (Panchachuli and Neelkanth) offer a glimpse of the beautiful starry night sky through their glass roof.

2 BHK Cottage:

2 BHK, on the other hand, has been designed to blend in with the nature that surrounds it. Its dark brown texture acts as a camouflage in the woods and its all-glass front offers unparalleled views of the Himalayas.

This is a unique cottage with 02 spacious rooms, a mini kitchenette and a private dining area. The cottage is covered in a dark brown texture and blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Both rooms have an all-glass front made of large ceiling-to-floor windows so that you never miss a glimpse of the marvelous Himalayas.

Here one becomes a part of nature itself.

1 room Log Cabin:

This is a 01 Bedroom Log Cabin that combines quaint décor with all modern amenities while offering you the privacy you need. The room is spacious with large windows that open up to vistas of snow-covered Himalayas. There is also a private outdoor seating area that acts as the perfect place to read a book or enjoy the sunset.

The interiors of these boutique wooden cottages are just as unique as its exteriors. All rooms are spacious and have been carefully decorated with chic interiors.

The large windows offer vistas of famous Himalayan peaks such as Trishul, Nanda Devi, Chaukhamba, Neelkanth, Nandaghunti and Nandakot.
