The resort offers three types of accommodations – The Tree house, The over Water suites and The earth houses.

Tree Houses – 20 Tree house Nests display the element of air and finely blend the comforts and luxuries of a five-star room with nature. Perched atop “keekar” trees, these nests are christened after the various birds found in the area and have several live branches running through the rooms making nature omnipresent in the Lap of luxury.

Over water suites – The element of Water is championed and showcased through 9 exclusive over-water suites which display an elegant amalgamation of utmost luxury with nature. From cascading waterfalls to Jacuzzis, outdoor showers, private patios and glass floor sections to view the marine life below. These are built over artificial water bodies.

Earth houses – Earth house derives its character from the element of Earth and taking its inspiration from the mud houses in villages across the country. It showcases a mud finished exterior along with village art and relics dotting the entire property, but still boasting of plush interiors. It consists of 38 deluxe rooms and 6 hilltop villas.
