The living area has a view of the pool in its beautiful, natural setting. The bedrooms all have hotel-style king-sized beds, and tidy bathrooms with 24/7 hot water supply.

At this villa, they will be happy to offer not only free breakfast but with prior notice, a complimentary tour of the nearby York Winery as well. With a huge lawn that can accommodate about 100 people and private parking space for 10 cars, this space is perfect for events as well.

There are 6 bedrooms in the Villa – all on the ground floor
AC and TV are offered in all the rooms
All bedrooms have king-sized beds

COMMON AREAS:

A lovely living room which overlook the pool
The dining area seats 8 people
Guests have access to Wi-Fi
There is a 2000 sq.ft. lawn which can accomodate up to 100 people
Events can be organized in the lawn on prior notice
There is a swimming pool that can accommodate up to 15 people at any given time
The pool is 40×12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth
Kids must always be accompanied by adults

BATHROOMS:

There are 7 bathrooms in the Viila – 6 attached and 1 shared.
Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms.

KITCHEN & MEALS:

A complimentary breakfast is offered.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
Crockery and cutlery are available for 20 people.
Guests are not allowed to cook.
At extra cost, an in-house chef can be arranged to cook delicious food for guests

ACTIVITIES:

There are indoor games like chess and badminton for guest entertainment
Books and toys are also available for children

Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen
